PRIVATE GROUP - PADSTOW 

Imagine yourself surrounded by sun and sea in a picturesque fishing village, tasting 6 seafood courses in a private dining event and being taught to cook by Jack Stein and the team at Rick Stein's Cookery School. Not only that, you also create your own gin at Tarquin's Gin School and visit the distillery to learn about how it all began.

This is exactly what a private, intimate group experienced in April 2024 through us. The two-night stay was designed and managed by our team to provide a seamless, smooth adventure.

WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM

For almost a decade, Pepler Lee Events has supported clients at the World Economic Forum delivering high-end venues, catering, security, content creation, accommodation and management. Essentially, whatever you dream of, we can provide!

 

We also organise exciting events during the week such as panel discussions, Michelin-star networking meals, cocktail parties, campaign launches... the list is endless!

AUDI - PRODUCT LAUNCH

Entering a new segment with their A1 vehicle, Audi realised they needed a design-led solution to their standard launch strategy

and approached us to help develop it in conjunction with their in-house events team.

 

The result was an innovative, game changing platform that continues to influence how, not only Audi but the whole industry, approach the way each new model is viewed in this vastly important arena.

C40 - CONGRESS

C40 is a 2 day Biannual Mayors Summit designed to debate/address the environmental impact on cities throughout the world. Pepler Lee delivered the most successful C40 to date in the Sandton Convention Centre, the only city venue that was large enough to host the event.

We were also responsible for the press and live broadcast production, from global news networks to live streaming Bill Clinton who addressed the conference from New York.

FUJTISU - EXPERIENTIAL

Setting a new Guinness World Record with Digital Co-creation! The challenge; how to create an engaging event experience that is memorable, interactive and different for clients at Fujitsu Forum. With Fujitsu focusing on digital co-creation, our MD and Fujitsu’s head EMEIA Account Based Marketing, set about creating an immersive event experience that would fit. The idea was simple; a huge number of tablets placed together to create a gigantic video wall. The solution complex and after months of collaboration, many laughs and late nights we created a unique memorable and immersive experience. Fujitsu are now the official World Records Holders of the largest animated tablet computer mosaic.
