Waiwan has worked in the events industry for over a decade; she has extensive global operational and client-facing experience. Waiwan manages client delivery for major accounts and looks after the LATAM and North American markets. A proper foodie and talented chef, Waiwan enjoys chilling to Zumba and Yoga. Her interests include animal welfare and world peace!
Mark Pepler
Director
Mark oversees the strategic direction of Pepler Lee and leads on major client engagements. He has over 20 years’ experience in events, marketing and communications from running his own agency, client side at VW and working for global full-service agencies. An eternal optimist, MAMIL, average cricketer and father of four.
Ed Stammers
Operations & HR Manager
Ed joins us with a broad range of experience including project management, client services and data analysis. Outside of work Ed's passion is tormenting his children with awful dad jokes, listening to music of all genre's and travelling!
Tony Fan
Finance Manager
Tony has worked in various finance functions within the healthcare sectors. In his free time, he enjoys trying authentic recipes from all over the world and attempting to replicate them. He is very much into all things technology that could be incorporated and improve everyday life.
Sarah Mullen
Client Engagement & Operations Manager
Sarah is our Client Engagement and Operations Manager, which includes; overseeing projects from proposal to delivery, securing venues and suppliers, ensuring events are delivered on time and within budget and maintaining client relationships. Sarah enjoys baking, socializing and gin mixology.
Amy Milham
Events Manager
Amy moved into the events industry after gaining over a year’s experience in client communication and recruitment. She is involved with event planning, management and digital marketing. In her free time Amy enjoys competing with her dogs in agility, spending time with friends, and painting.
Sam Pigeon
Events Executive
Sam has worked in the events industry since his second year of university and started his career in esports events before moving over to MICE. Sam’s favourite destination is Paris, where he learned that it’s hard to complain about working early when you walk past the Eiffel Tower on the way to work.
Liberty Pepler
Events Executive
Liberty has been supporting Pepler Lee's events for the past 4 years, most notably running a venue at WEF. Since 2025, she has taken on a permanent role in the events team as an events executive. In Liberty's free time, she likes watching true crime documentaries and socialising.
Otto
Woof..woof..woof...
Otto is our resident office dog and he enjoys long walks, chewing sticks, and lots of cuddles. His 6 years of experience in the office has provided him with great knowledge of sustainability (he eats everything).
