He has over 20 years’ experience in events, marketing and communications from running his own agency, client side at VW and working for global full-service agencies. An eternal optimist, MAMIL, average cricketer and father of four.
Head of Live Events
Waiwan has worked in the events industry for over a decade; she has extensive global operational and client-facing experience. Waiwan manages client delivery for major accounts and looks after the LATAM and North American markets. A proper foodie and talented chef, Waiwan enjoys chilling to Zumba and Yoga. Her interests include animal welfare and world peace!
Events Operations Manager
Sarah is our Events Operations Manager, which includes; overseeing projects from proposal to delivery, securing venues and suppliers, ensuring events are delivered on time and within budget and maintaining client relationships. Sarah enjoys baking, socializing and gin mixology.
Head of Finance
Nicki is Marks’s assistant, focussing on daily management, scheduling calendars and corporate correspondence. Nicki’s role is dynamic and constantly evolving as new and exciting challenges are presented. Nicki enjoys travelling and socializing; she's also an amazing baker and makes an absolutely divine carrot cake.
Head of Production
Simon specialises in the design, production and event management of; conferences, exhibitions, launches, live events and roadshows for blue-chip, multinational companies throughout the globe. Expertise in: Concept, design and production, project management, logistics, detail, lighting & sound, audio visual, content and show-calling. Simon lives by Carpe Diem - but anything not 9-5, just as well he's in production!
Ben has worked in events and hospitality since leaving school, having started in food and beverage in hotels. He then moved on to venues, finally heading up catering and events for NBCUniversal’s headquarters in London before joining us in September 2019. When he’s not project managing for Pepler Lee he can be found putting on gigs for up & coming bands or exploring the endless rooftop bars & restaurants in London!
Jasmine works as an Events Manager, overseeing the North American division based in NYC. Her role includes a multitude of factors, such as; client liaison, managing budgets, sourcing venues and onsite direction. In her free time, Jasmine can be found wandering the many art galleries throughout London and New York.
Lauren has worked in the hospitality and events industry for the past three years. Lauren works as part of the events team at venues to ensure the best onsite delivery. Lauren loves exploring new countries, nightlife and the local delicacies! Her favourite destination; Singapore.
Talisa is the administrative support for the events team; her role is to research everything and anything from A to Z. Talisa focuses on finding the wow factor and is always pushing to discover something unique and different. Her interests are cars and racing; she's an utter chocolate enthusiast and is always smiling!
David Willian Boni
David helps the business to generate leads and sales, build brand equity, reach a wider audience, solve their unique marketing challenges as well as tracking their success. In short, our business is building your business. David is a gym and fitness fanatic and brings a great atmosphere to the group.
Creative Content Executive
Joe is our Creative Content Executive and works as a part of the digital marketing team. He likes cooking, playing football and pineapple on his pizza. He supports the greatest football team in the world: Crystal Palace FC! Joe also loves travelling and his favourite destination is Croatia.
